1. Agreement
By downloading or using an app published by Kavmio (“we”, “us”), or by using this website, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use them.
2. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use our apps on devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. The apps are licensed, not sold. Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to anything you download from the App Store.
3. What you may not do
- Reverse-engineer, decompile or modify the apps, except where law allows it.
- Redistribute, resell or sublicense them.
- Use them to break the law or to infringe someone else's rights.
4. Your content
Anything you create with our apps stays yours. We claim no ownership over it. [IF ANY CONTENT IS UPLOADED TO YOUR SERVERS, state what licence you need to host it and nothing more.]
5. Purchases and subscriptions
All payments are processed by Apple under its own terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in your Apple Account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple through reportaproblem.apple.com.
6. No warranty
Our apps are provided “as is”. We work hard to make them reliable, but we can't promise they will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that they'll suit a particular purpose. Keep your own backups of anything important.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost data or lost profits arising from use of our apps. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; the date above will change when we do. Continuing to use the apps after an update means you accept the new version.
9. Governing law
